Photo Recovery
Have you ever accidentally deleted photos from your memory card? Or even worse, had a memory card stop working altogether? Don't panic!
A lot of the time, we can get these back! Just bring it in and we can usually recover your missing photos! If for whatever reason we can't recover anything, we won't charge you a penny!
If you find yourself in this position, here's some advice that may help you...
- If your camera or computer tells you that your memory card won't work unless you format it first, STOP!
Formatting your memory may very well get it working again, but it also wipes your card clean and can prevent recovery of your photos. - If you've accidentally deleted some (or all) of your photos, stop using the memory card! Each new photo you take will likely be going on top of a deleted photo, meaning you'll never get it back.
- If you're in ANY doubt about what to do, DON'T DO ANYTHING. Even a seemingly harmless attempt to access your data could prevent you getting your files back.
If you have a DVD camcorder or DVD recorder that's no longer working, we can often recover video from unfinalized DVD's or DVD-RAM discs too!
